KORMENT LEADER MENTORING MENTORS MENTEES
The KorMent Leader Mentoring Program
offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to be mentored by top leaders in the country. Mentors share lessons from their life and work experiences, give guidance about what steps to take for a particular career path, and guide mentees in academic and career pursuit.

The KorMent Knowledge Sharing Program
gives undergraduate and graduate students a meaningful way to serve communities by sharing their knowledge, skills, time, and experiences with younger students.

The KorMent Mentoring for Multicultural Families & North Korean Defectors
allows undergraduate and graduate students to serve in a customized program for younger students in Korea who are from multicultural families or defected from North Korea.
